Teacher Bai's Version of Fried Rice Cakes with Soup

Dried anchovies (a handful) remove the head and internal organs.

Stir-fry the processed dried anchovies in a pan (without adding oil), and grind them into powder after they are fried.

Rinse the rice cakes with clean water.

Cut the fish cakes (2 sheets) into suitable sizes.
5.
One green onion is chopped, and one is cut into small pieces.

Pour 3 cups of water, anchovy powder and 3 small pieces of dried kelp into the pot and bring to a boil.

After boiling, add the rice cakes and green onions.

Put 1 spoon of Korean hot sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, and 2 spoons of coarse chili powder.

Add 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of fish sauce and cut fish cakes.
10.
Finally, add the chopped green onions and cook until the soup is dried up.
