After a busy day, come and serve yourself

Fried Clams

1. Fresh clams, soak in water to clean

2. Take out spare

3. Slice green onion, mince garlic, and cut parsley

4. Hot pot with cold oil

5. Add chives and stir fry, immediately pour in clams and stir fry

6. Add garlic, and some salt

7. Stir fry, cover and simmer for a while

8. When the clams slowly open their mouths, they can turn off the heat and bring them out

Tips:

Make sure to spit out the sand before frying the clams, or wash them a few more times
