Fried Clams with Onions

Prepare the ingredients and soak the clams for a few hours in advance.

Mix the onion, ginger, and bean paste with cooking wine.

After choosing the cooking mode, I found a dish of beef stir-fried with green onions, which took seven minutes.

Follow the procedure to preheat the machine, then add ginger and onion until fragrant.

Add clams and a little salt, and stir-fry for a few minutes.

Then add cooking wine and bean paste to taste.

In less than seven minutes, I stopped cooking, as shown in the picture, it took five minutes to fry.
