Fried Crispy Beans

Soak the dried soybeans in water for at least 10 hours (I usually soak the beans the night before), and then control the moisture.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan, and stir-fry the soybeans over low heat when the oil is hot.

Stir fry until golden and turn off the heat

Sprinkle with salt and mix well. Store in an airtight container after it has cooled
Tips:
1 Be sure to turn it into a low heat, otherwise the beans will be battered before they are cooked.
2 The beans will become crispy after cooling. If you can’t eat it, keep it sealed, otherwise it won’t be crisp
