Fried Cucumber with Pig's Duo
1.
I bought a pig ear that was marinated by others. The slices are as large as possible. The cucumber is ready to be peeled.
2.
Cut the ginger and garlic into mince.
3.
Cucumber slices, I cut a bit bigger, because I like to eat more crispy texture. Cucumbers are too thin and easily become soft.
4.
The next two are to fry, add oil, and then add green onion, ginger and garlic. Next is the cucumber. When you see that the cucumber is slightly soft, put it in the pig's ears. (Fry the cucumbers for about three minutes, then add the pig's ears to fry. Control the time to about 3 minutes.)
5.
Finally, add chicken essence and salt (note: because the ears are marinated, so put a little less salt. If not, just put it at the same amount) and it can be out of the pot.
Tips:
When buying pig ears, it is more convenient to buy braised ears. Don't cut it yourself.
