Fried Ding Ding

Heat a pan with a little olive oil and pour the ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add diced pumpkin to high heat and stir-fry, add a little water and simmer for a while until soft.

Then add the corn kernels and stir fry.

When the corn is fried, add the cucumber cubes to the high heat and stir fry.

Cucumbers should not be fried for too long. Only stir-fry for a while and mix with soy sauce and white sugar chicken essence.

Just add chopped green onion before turning off the heat.
