Fried Dried Squid with Broccoli

Soak the dried squid in light salt water for more than 4 hours in advance

Clean the broccoli, shred the ginger, and cut the garlic into large pieces

Put a proper amount of oil and salt in the water to boil, then boil the broccoli in a pot

Tips:
1. Dried squid should be soaked in advance to soften, otherwise the taste will be too hard;
2. Add oil and salt when blanching the broccoli. The blanching time is too long. After the broccoli is blanched, let it pass in cold water, so that it will be green and refreshing.
