Fried Dumplings
1.
Use quick-frozen glutinous rice balls, defrost first
2.
Coat a layer of egg liquid
3.
Wrap another layer of breadcrumbs, and finally pierce holes with a toothpick, at least 5, until it sinks
4.
Heat the cooking oil to 80% hot, and you can start frying
Tips:
The holes are used to prevent the dumplings from bursting when they are fried
