Fried Dumplings

The ingredients are shown in the picture. Pull down the celery leaves, discard the bad leaves, and set aside.

Chop the ginger and mix well in the minced meat.

Wash the celery leaves, boil them in the water for two seconds, remove them and let them cool in cold water, and squeeze the water.

Tips:
1. Celery leaves are also very good. They can drop three highs, so don't throw them away. After blanching them, chop them up and put them in the dumpling fillings to make the celery more flavorful.
2. If the dumpling wrapper is made by a machine, when making dumplings, smear the edge of the dumpling wrapper with a proper amount of water, otherwise it won't be squeezed.
