Fried Dumplings

Take out the dumplings from the freezer

Put a small amount of oil in the pan to heat
3.
Put it directly into the dumpling
4.
Fry until the bottom is browned, then pour it into a large bowl of water

Cover and simmer

Hear the squeak in the pot, open the lid and the water is almost dried up, sprinkle the chopped green onion

Once the moisture is dry, you can turn off the heat and get out of the pot.

Prepare a small dish of dipping sauce, light soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, sesame oil and mix thoroughly
Tips:
1. Fry until the bottom of the dumplings are golden and add water. The amount of water is almost less than 4/5 of the dumplings;
2. Seasoning can be added according to personal taste!
