This is the first time that the dumpling stuffing has been made with Gumbo. I used the beef-flavored Gumbo.
Because the weather is a bit cold these days, I steamed the thick soup in the pot for a while, added a spoonful of water after it melted, and then slowly added it to the meat filling and kept stirring for a few minutes. The pork "eats" and is full. With the juice of the soup treasure, the fried dumplings are tender and juicy, super fragrant!

Fried Dumplings with Beef Soup

1. Ingredients needed

2. Chop pork into minced meat

3. Put the beef-flavored Knorr Soup Bao into a bowl, and steam it in the pot for a while to let it melt completely (this step can be omitted in summer).

4. Add salt, peanut oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch to the minced meat, then slowly add about 2/3 of the soup treasure, and stir it clockwise with chopsticks to make it look a little swollen (you can add one to the soup treasure as appropriate. A teaspoon of hot water, so the juice will be more)

5. Chopped cabbage, add appropriate amount of salt to marinate the water, wash and squeeze the water (about 20 minutes marinating)

6. Add the chopped cabbage to the minced meat and continue to stir evenly so that the minced meat is adjusted

7. Take a dumpling wrapper and put some meat on it

8. Make dumplings

9. Heat oil in a pan, put the dumplings in, and fry on low heat until the bottom turns golden brown

10. Add the right amount of water to the remaining about 1/3 of the thick soup, and mix well with the flour.

11. Add the mixed flour and water

12. Cover the pot and cook on a low heat

13. About thirteen minutes, you can open the lid when you hear the sound of "squeaking" and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Tips:

1. In winter, use Knorr Soup Bao to adjust the meat filling. You need to steam the soup until completely melted, and then slowly add it to the meat filling and stir for a few minutes, so that the meat filling will be tender and juicy.
2. Knorr Soup Po has a salty taste, so pay attention to it when seasoning.
3. Use low heat throughout the entire process to avoid simmering.
