Fried Dumplings with Eggs

Shell the eggs and beat them until they are not sticky. Wash the chopped green onion and cut into small pieces.

Heat up the medium and small heat in a pan, add appropriate amount of corn oil, add 8 dumplings, fry for about 30 seconds to set the shape

Add half of the dumpling water, turn to high heat and add the lid to simmer the dumplings.

After the dumplings are cooked, turn to medium and low heat and add the egg mixture to the pot evenly

After the egg mixture is fried until it is set, sprinkle an appropriate amount of chopped green onion and take it out

It's better than dumplings and more nutritious than steamed dumplings

Use a larger frying pan, you can put more dumplings
