Put dumplings
4.
Fry on medium heat until the bottom is slightly browned
5.
Add clean water along the side of the pot, the amount of water is not more than the bottom, cover and stew
6.
Beat the eggs and set aside
7.
Fry until the water is dry, then slowly pour the egg liquid along the side of the pan
8.
When frying until the egg mixture is about to solidify, sprinkle some chopped green onion and black sesame seeds, or add some wolfberry to enhance the color
Tips:
1. I use freshly packed raw dumplings, but also quick-frozen dumplings and cooked dumplings
2. The egg liquid is filtered once and the finished product is more beautiful, but I like the feeling of loose foam, so I didn't filter it.
3. When pouring in water and egg liquid, try to pour it in slowly from the surroundings as far as possible. Never pour water directly on the skin, which will affect the taste of the skin.
