Fried Dumplings with Ice Flower
1.
First, let's make the flour water: add cornstarch to the water, stir evenly and set aside for later use.
2.
Pour a little cooking oil into the hot pan, then put the quick-frozen dumplings in order to fry slowly after the heat is heated up.
3.
Place the dumpling on the reverse side and let it heat evenly so that the meat inside will not be half-baked.
4.
Arrange the fried dumplings into a circle, the diameter of which is the size of the plate, and stir the flour and water on the side into the pot.
5.
Turn to high heat, cover it, and let the bottom of the ice flower condense in the pot, like a lace as shown in the picture.
