Many friends are not good at frying dumplings, especially quick-frozen dumplings. Today I took a picture of the process. Friends can refer to it. The point is to have a non-stick pan, then fry on high fire, simmer on low fire, and collect juice on high fire. Add Titian's black sesame seeds and a thin batter. Of course, green onions are also fine.

Pan-fried Quick-frozen Dumplings

1. Prepare the ingredients used.

2. Add a little salad oil to the pot, and then put the quick-frozen dumplings in the pot.

3. Fry until the bottom of the dumplings are slightly crispy, then add water.

4. Simmer and fry on low heat until the dumplings are cooked through, then turn to high heat to collect the juice.

5. Then add an appropriate amount of thin batter.

6. Sprinkle a little bit of ripe sesame seeds to add flavor.

7. Finally, add the shallots and fry on low heat until the chopped green onions are fragrant.

8. This way, a pan-fried crispy dumpling is complete.

Tips:

The thickness of the batter should be controlled well so that the bottom surface of the fried dumplings will taste.
