Simple and Delicious Sour Soup Dumplings

Material preparation. Quick-frozen dumplings are taken out without thawing.

Pour half a pot of water into a clean non-stick pan and bring to a boil on high heat.

Pour a packet of tomato hot pot base ingredients. Stir well.

Then add the dumplings, stir well and cook until they float. Turn to low heat and continue cooking for a while.

Tips:
1. Dumplings do not need to be thawed, just cook them directly.
2. Turn to low heat in the later stage, high heat will easily break the dumpling wrappers.
