Fried Edamame with Octopus Feet

The octopus is thawed with cool feet.

Wash edamame, dice carrots, octopus feet, and minced garlic and ginger.

This dish is mainly seasoned with Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce.

Blanch the edamame and carrots.

The octopus is blanched and picked up.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and ginger and saute until fragrant.

Fry the octopus in a pan for a while.

Adjust 1 tablespoon of soybean paste and stir fry for a while.
