You don’t know what radish tassels are, but they are actually the stems and leaves of radishes. People who like to drink porridge can try this. You can definitely order food. You can eat a lot every time you fry this.

Fried Edamame with Radish Tassels

1. Wash and cut the radish into small pieces, add salt and marinate for more than half an hour

2. Wash the chili and ginger, cut and set aside

3. Peel and wash the edamame

4. After the radish tassels have been marinated in water, squeeze the water out and set aside

5. Pour oil into the pot, add ginger, chili and stir fry until fragrant

6. Add edamame and fry until the color changes, then add light soy sauce and continue to fry

7. Add the radish and stir fry evenly

8. Add chicken essence to taste

9. Just install it

Tips:

1. The radish tassels I bought this time are too small and tender, so I buy more. I prefer the larger ones, which will be crisper and have a better taste. The bigger one is about the same.
2. If the salt is salty, you can wash it and squeeze out the water
