Fried Edamame with Radish Tassels

Wash and cut the radish into small pieces, add salt and marinate for more than half an hour

Wash the chili and ginger, cut and set aside

Peel and wash the edamame

Tips:
1. The radish tassels I bought this time are too small and tender, so I buy more. I prefer the larger ones, which will be crisper and have a better taste. The bigger one is about the same.
2. If the salt is salty, you can wash it and squeeze out the water
