Carrot and Sakura Yellow Fish Soup

Remove the scales, gills, and belly of yellow croaker, wash and drain.

Wash the radish tassels, blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes, remove them, and over cool water.

Chop the radish tassels and squeeze out some water.

Put the yellow croaker in a pan and fry it.

Put down the radish tassels

Add appropriate amount of water, cooking wine, ginger slices, and cook for 10 minutes on high heat.

Add appropriate amount of salt and smoke fresh.
8.
Add minced garlic, chopped green onion and chicken essence.
Tips:
1. This dish is actually our traditional dish. There is no radish tassels and you can use potherb mustard.
2. Yellow croaker is a hairy thing, asthma patients and people with allergies should eat with caution.
Complementary food: Yellow croaker can not eat with Chinese medicine Nepeta; not with buckwheat.
