Vegetarian Dumplings

First of all, I used a chef's machine to make the noodles. The ratio of flour to water is 3.5:1, and the hardness is just right. Let’s deal with the fillings. Remove the tassels of the radish and cut into small pieces of three to four centimeters. Put them in boiling water and blanch them.
