Pork Radish Pie

Heat the flour and water to form a slightly soft dough, let it grow for 1 hour

Wash the radish tassels, put water in a pot to boil, blanch the radish tassels in cold water and let them cool.

Cut the radish tassels finely, squeeze the moisture, mince the garlic,

Add a little salt, cooking wine and light soy sauce to the minced meat, mix well for 10 minutes

Add radish tassels, minced garlic, shrimp skin, salt, oyster sauce, vegetable oil (or sesame oil) to the meat filling and stir evenly to form a filling

The dough is pulled into small pieces of the same size

Take a small piece of dough, roll it out into a thin sheet with a thickness in the middle, and put a proper amount of stuffing on it
