Fried Egg Noodles

1. The noodles are ready.

2. Add a little salt to the eggs and beat them up; slice the ham sausage; wash the ladle.

3. Put an appropriate amount of water in the soup pot, bring to a boil on high heat, add the noodles, and cook until cooked. (Add water 2-3 times during the process.)

4. Add the ham sausage and ladle and cook for a while.

5. After adding the salt, put it in a bowl.

6. Add the remaining seasoning and mix well.

7. Heat the wok and add vegetable oil.

8. Pour in an appropriate amount of egg liquid, spread out, and fry until golden on both sides.

9. Put the fried egg in the noodle bowl and finish.

10. This is my clear noodle soup (about 2 sides)...

Tips:

1. The noodles are made by a noodle machine. For details, see Homemade noodles.
2. The noodles made by the noodle machine are thicker. Add cold water several times when you cook it. Not only will it not muddy, but it will also be more chewy.
3. Add the side dishes and seasonings according to your own taste.
4. The eggs can also be fried directly without breaking up. It will be more beautiful than this one...
5. There are already a lot of seasonings in the oil, so be careful when putting the seasonings...
