Fried Egg Noodles

Put the noodles in boiling water and cook, remove the cold water, add sesame oil, salt, and oyster sauce after dripping dry water and stir well.

Salt and beat the eggs, add chopped green onion, and sesame oil, stir well and set aside. Cut and wash baby vegetables for later use.

Tips:
Sister Xin loves fragrant noodles, so the fried baby cabbage does not owe juice. If you love to eat with sauce, you can add some cornstarch to the oyster sauce and sesame oil before starting the pan. Stir in the water before pour it into the pan. Stir and fry evenly.
