Fried Egg with Scallions on Toast

Cut the toast into thin slices for later use;

Knock the eggs into a bowl, pour in the chopped chives, and add some salt and pepper;

Whipped evenly;

Put the egg liquid into the flat plate, put the toast slices into the bowl, leave it for a few seconds and take it out immediately;
5.
Put it in a frying pan over medium and small fire;
6.
Turn it over after one side is golden;
7.
After frying on both sides, take out the plate and squeeze an appropriate amount of salad dressing;
Tips:
1. It is not advisable to put the toast slices in the egg liquid for too long, so as to avoid the toast from being soaked in water and rotten or difficult to fry;
