Fried Eggplant with Beans

Mince ginger and garlic, and cut dried chili into small pieces in wet water

Take a small bowl, add salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water to make a flavored sauce

Remove the head and tail of the beans, and cut into about 5cm sections

Heat oil in the pot, put the beans in the pot and fry for 30 seconds

Tips:
1. Light soy sauce and oyster sauce are both salty, so the amount of salt should be less.
2. Eggplant and beans are easy to cook, so the deep-frying time should not be too long.
3. After all the ingredients are put into the pot, simmer for a minute or two, so as to fully absorb the flavor
