Fried Eggs with Fried Sauce

Prepare eggs, green onion, and fried sauce;

Pour a spoonful of cooking wine into the egg liquid and beat it evenly with your hands;

Put oil in the wok, which is a little bit more than the oil used for cooking, pour the egg liquid when the oil is hot

Fry the eggs into chunks, solidify them, and serve them out for later use;

Put a little oil in the pan, add chopped green onion and stir fry to create a fragrance;

Add the fried sauce and stir fry evenly;

Add the scrambled eggs and stir fry;

While frying, use a spatula to cut the egg into small pieces. When the egg is covered with fried sauce, it can be served.
Tips:
A very simple dish. The fried sauce I used was seasoned with sugar. If you just use noodle sauce or soybean paste, you can add a little sugar to avoid too salty.
