Fried Eggs with Pickles

Wash the pickles and catch dry water;

Cut the pickles into small pieces, dry them in a small pot, set aside;

Beat the eggs, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, and beat evenly;

Pour the diced green onion and the sautéed pickles into the egg mixture and mix well;

Fry in a pan and fry slowly until the bottom of the egg is golden brown;
6.
Flip the other side and fry until golden brown, then cut into pieces and serve.
Tips:
Add a little cooking oil when beating the egg liquid, and the eggs will be tender when they are fried.
