Fried Figs

Put the figs in the refrigerator for 2 hours and then take them out, peel them and cut them into semicircles from the middle;

Add tempura powder and water to 2 eggs;

Stir thoroughly to make a paste;

Put the figs in the batter;

Then roll a thin layer of cornstarch;
6.
Heat the oil pan to about 190 degrees;
7.
Fry the fig balls in oil for 2-3 minutes;
8.
Fry the surface into golden yellow and remove and serve.
Tips:
1. It is more delicious with a little condensed milk when eating;
2. The frying time should not be too long. It is crispy on the outside and cool on the inside. It tastes the best.
