It’s been a long time since I cooked by myself. I ate the rice outside for a long time. I miss the taste of the dishes I made. First, let’s get a plate of fried fish and tofu with chili to get rid of gluttons~"

Fried Fish Tofu with Chili

1. Add appropriate amount of water to the soup pot, add the frozen fish tofu, and remove the fish tofu until the water boils.

2. Rinse the cooked fish tofu with cold water for 2-3 slices, then slice them. You can cut or not according to your preference. I cut each fish tofu into three slices.

3. Wash the green onion, ginger and garlic, and slice, wash the spiral pepper and cut into circles.

4. Put oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

5. Then add fish tofu and stir fry.

6. Stir-fry until the surface of the fish tofu is slightly yellow, add spiral pepper rings.

7. Add salt, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce, and continue to stir fry.

8. Add monosodium glutamate just before it is out of the pan and stir-fry evenly.

9. Plate.

Tips:

1. Spiral peppers are quite spicy. Increase or decrease the amount of peppers according to the degree of spicyness you can accept.
2. After the fish tofu is boiled in water, it will be almost cooked, so there is no need to stir-fry for too long.
3. After the fish tofu is boiled, rinse it with cold water. On the one hand, it is to remove the impurities on the surface. On the other hand, it is cold fish tofu to avoid hot hands when cutting.
