Fried Fish Tofu [zixuan Meichu]

Marinate the fish with cooking wine for 15 minutes after slicing. The side dishes are ready.

Then spread cornstarch and a pinch of salt

Fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides and serve on a plate.

Saute the minced ginger and start frying the fish.
