Fried Fresh Lotus with Edamame

Choose fresh tender lotus seeds and use two toothpicks to pass through the top of the lotus seeds to take out the heart of the lotus seeds.

Wash the lotus seeds.

Clean the edamame.
4.
Boil water in a pot, add edamame to blanch after the water is boiled, remove and drain.

Heat oil in a pot, add fresh lotus seeds and stir fry for a while.

Add edamame and stir fry a few times.
7.
Season with salt.
8.
Add chicken essence and stir fry evenly, turn off the heat.
