Fried Fungus with Loofah

Wash the fungus in advance and soak well.

Peel the loofah, cut into pieces with a hob, cut the chives into sections, chop the garlic, and cut the millet pepper into circles.

Add oil to the pot, heat up on high heat, add minced garlic and stir to create a fragrance.

Pour the fungus and stir fry.
