Fried Garlic Pork Ribs
1.
Mince the garlic and wash the ribs. After washing the ribs to remove the blood, remove the water and drain it. I usually use kitchen paper to absorb the water.
2.
Add garlic, sugar, salt, light soy sauce, a little pepper (nothing to save), ginger slices, and marinate for half an hour.
3.
Add an appropriate amount of starch and grasp it evenly. This is the state.
4.
Heat the oil pan, after the oil temperature rises, fry the lower ribs, turn to medium heat (be sure to adjust the heat, medium heat!!! The oil temperature is too high to make it easy to paste!), turn the ribs after a little setting.
5.
Fry to the golden degree, remove the oil, turn to high fire, and turn to medium fire to re-explode once the oil temperature rises. (You must turn it quickly at this time, otherwise the garlic will burn easily) After forty to fifty seconds, you can remove it.
