Fried Gluten with Baby Vegetables

The oily gluten bought on the e-commerce platform is fresh and not greasy. The gluten I bought in the market before did not taste good when fried. It should be because the base oil used for frying was not good.

In a frying pan, sauté the scallion, ginger, and garlic.

Then add baby cabbage and stir fry.

Stir-fry on high heat for two minutes, add oil and continue to stir-fry the gluten.

When the oily gluten becomes soft, add a teaspoon of salt to taste, then add garlic leaves and stir well before serving. Those who don’t eat garlic can substitute or omit the shallots.

Without any sauce, it has a salty and fresh taste. The baby dishes of this season are really delicious!

In the past few times I have made this dish by soaking the oily gluten in hot water, so that it will cook easily after being cooked.
