Fried Gluten with Cucumber

Wash cucumber and gluten

Cucumber slices (cut whatever you like)
3.
Tear the gluten into strips by hand (don’t cut it as good as it tastes)
4.
Scallion, cut into pieces
5.
Stir-fry the chives and ginger in a hot pan with cold oil, then add the gluten and stir fry for a minute
6.
Then add cucumber and stir fry quickly for a minute
7.
Sprinkle with hot stir-fried dew, add salt and stir-fry evenly (don’t be afraid of not being cooked, gluten and cucumber can be eaten directly)
8.
Finished product
