Cucumber fried gluten is a vegetarian dish that I love. It is very quick and refreshing. Come try it with me and be a professional melon-eater.

1. Wash cucumber and gluten

3. Tear the gluten into strips by hand (don’t cut it as good as it tastes)

4. Scallion, cut into pieces

5. Stir-fry the chives and ginger in a hot pan with cold oil, then add the gluten and stir fry for a minute
