Fried Goose Eggs with Cucumber

Wash and slice cucumbers.

Mince scallion and ginger.
3.
Beat the goose eggs into a bowl and beat them up.
4.
Heat wide oil in the pan.
5.
Add the goose eggs and stir fry until they are 8 mature and serve.
6.
Put the oil in another pot and put the green onion and ginger into the pot.
7.
Fry the cucumbers until they are broken.
8.
Add the goose eggs.
9.
Add salt and the remaining chopped green onion and ginger, stir fry for 20 seconds and turn off the heat.
10.
Platter.
