Fried Green Prawns

Green prawns have their heads removed
2.
Add salt and mix well
3.
Add starch and flour
4.
Mix well
5.
Put oil in the pot
6.
Add the green prawns when the oil is half hot

Fry for a while and fish out
8.
When the oil is warmer, re-fry a second time
9.
