Fried Grilled Saury

Clean up the saury

Cut into appropriate size segments
3.
Put it in a basin, add salt, cooking wine, green onion and ginger to marinate for about 30 minutes

Heat the roasting pan, add the marinated fish segments
5.
Fry on high fire. Color the surface of the fish section, turn it over and fry

Fry until the fish is evenly colored on both sides
7.
Put it out of the pot and serve on the table
Tips:
1. Be sure to pickle and taste. If the pickled taste is not good, you can make a little salt and pepper to serve.
2. There is no baking pan, but a non-stick pan is fine.
