Fried Herring Fillets

One herring, remove the scales, belly, gills, head, wash, and cut into thick slices.

Add salt, sugar, cooking wine, pepper, and ginger.

Stir to taste.

Put an appropriate amount of flour and mix well.

Put it in 7 minutes hot oil and fry on medium heat.

When both sides are golden, remove the oil control.

Stew it when you eat it.
Tips:
1. Control the oil temperature when frying, just medium heat.
2. Be careful not to splash water into the oil pan.
