Fried Hor Fun with Egg

1. Prepare a little chicken feathers, wash and control water.

2. Cut a small amount of ham and a few garlic leaves. (If you don’t have garlic leaves, you can use chives/leeks instead)

3. Prepare a little chopped pepper, appropriate amount of pho, and two eggs. Beat the eggs into a bowl and stir.
