Fried Hor Fun with Egg

Prepare a little chicken feathers, wash and control water.

Cut a small amount of ham and a few garlic leaves. (If you don’t have garlic leaves, you can use chives/leeks instead)

Prepare a little chopped pepper, appropriate amount of pho, and two eggs. Beat the eggs into a bowl and stir.

Heat up the pan and pour in an appropriate amount of peanut oil. Heat the oil for seven layers, pour in the eggs, scoop them slightly with a spatula.

Stir-fry the eggs and add a little chopped pepper.

Add pho.

Add soy sauce and stir fry.

Add diced ham and continue to stir fry.

Add chicken feathers.

Add a small amount of table salt.

Add a little garlic leaves.

Stir fry evenly.

Before serving, add a small amount of oyster sauce and stir fry evenly.

Tips:
The eggs can be replaced with minced pork, and the fried rice noodles taste good. I didn't prepare chives here, so I used garlic leaves to increase the fragrance. (Just leave the leek, garlic leaves, and chives before serving)
