Fried Hor Fun with Sliced Pork

1. Shahe Noodle 500g

2. Cut lean meat into thin slices, add appropriate amount of oil, soy sauce, cornstarch, and marinate for 10 minutes. Cut green onion into sections, wash and drain mung bean sprouts, and set aside.

3. Pour the oil in a hot pan and stir-fry the marinated meat slices until 8 is mature. Add mung bean sprouts.

4. Add the shallots and stir fry.

5. Add Shahe Noodles, some salt, light soy sauce, and chicken noodles.

6. Stir-fry evenly and color.

7. It is best not to fry with a spatula, and use chopsticks instead of a spatula, so that the pho will not break easily. I am in a hurry today. I fry it directly with the spatula without the soy sauce. Adding a little soy sauce will look better.
