One Serving: Nutritional Shahe Noodles
1.
Soak the noodles in cold water for about ten to twenty minutes in advance.
2.
Wash the pork and slice it. Marinate with half a spoon of oil, half a spoon of salt and a spoon of cooking wine.
3.
Preheat the pan and pour 0.4 tablespoons of fried eggs. I fry two eggs and I like eggs that are not fully cooked, so when I see the yolks start to solidify, I just put them in a bowl.
4.
After the egg is fried, the fire does not need to be turned off. Put the prepared pork in the pan and stir-fry without additional oil. Seeing that the pork has been fried and the raw side has changed color, pick up the pot and fill it with cold water to filter the pork. The purpose is to keep the soup of Shahe Fen from being too greasy. After filtering it out, fill it with cold water again as the soup base of Shahe Noodles, put it back on the stove and boil. The pork is still in the water.
5.
After the water boils, remove the pork and serve it in a bowl.
6.
Slice the cucumber while boiling water
7.
After the pork is picked up, put the cucumbers in the soup and cook, and after the pork is cooked, put it in a bowl.
8.
Put the soaked noodles in the soup, add 0.4 tablespoons of salt, a tablespoon of cooking wine and 0.2 tablespoons of cumin powder into the soup.
9.
This is the cumin powder I use. You don’t need to add the ones you don’t like~
10.
Prepare a large bowl of cold water.
11.
When you see the shahe noodles turning into volume, wait a minute or two before picking them up and putting them in cold water for a while. There is no need to turn off the stove, because the hot soup is poured into the bowl at the end.
12.
Then put it in the bowl.
13.
Then put the pork, cucumber and egg on the powder
14.
Finally, pour the hot soup into a bowl and you are ready to eat!
Tips:
The powder should be soaked in advance because the powder that is not made immediately is still relatively hard.
Every time I make pork, I will marinate first because I like to eat tender and tender meat. If you don’t like it, you don’t need to marinate it~~
