Fried Ice Cream
1.
Preparation materials: toast, ice cream (any flavor is ok, preferably monochrome)
2.
Cut toast slices on all sides
3.
Use a rolling pin to roll each slice of toast into thin slices
4.
Take a slice of toast and spread it underneath, and dig a piece of ice cream on top
5.
Just like making dumplings, pinch the edges tightly (you can use egg liquid or water)
6.
Take a cup, bowl, egg tart mold, even kitchen scissors, any tool that can be cut into toast, and cut out a hemispherical toast-like ice cream
7.
Put it in the refrigerator and freeze until hard (more than four hours, I made it the night before)
8.
Start frying ice cream, put a little more oil in the pan
9.
Bring to a boil, put in toast ice cream, quickly fry it until both sides are browned and immediately remove it, serve it on a plate, and eat it while it is still crispy. The taste is delicious.
Tips:
1. If you are afraid that the package is not good, you can dip it in some water or egg liquid and then package;
2. It is best to use pure color for ice cream;
3. It is better to choose a larger tusi.
