How about eating ice is too cold and eating too hot? Fried ice cream~ It tastes so good that it will kill in an instant, don’t worry about it being greasy, because high-temperature fried toast does not absorb oil at all!

Ingredients

Fried Ice Cream Dumplings

1. Prepare the materials.

2. Cut off the edges of the square bag.

3. Fold the corners of the bread slices with the cut edges in half, and squeeze them from both sides to the middle with your hands. The squeezing must be firm, or the ice cream will explode when left out when it is fried.

4. Leave a mouth in the middle and use a small spoon or chopsticks to scoop up a small piece of ice cream and stuff it into it.

5. Seal the mouth and turn it into a dumpling shape.

6. Hot oil, just stick the chopsticks into it to make bubbles.

7. Put the wrapped ice cream dumplings in and fry them.

8. Fry on both sides until golden brown. (Fried quickly at high temperature and it will be picked up to prevent the ice cream from leaking out after too long fried)

Tips:

1. If the ice cream leaks out, it will explode. Each dumpling must be pressed tightly. It doesn't matter if it leaks a little when it is fried. 2. To prevent oil explosion, it is best to keep people and hands away from the oil pan.
