Fried Ice Dumplings

Quick-frozen dumplings, take out directly from the refrigerator.

Brush the pan with oil.
3.
Put the dumplings in the pot.
4.
Add 100 ml of water to the bowl and stir evenly under the cornstarch.
5.
Pour the starch water into the pot, about half way past the twist.
6.
Cover the pot and turn on the fire.
7.
Boil the water for about 5 or 6 minutes, turn off the heat when the water in the pot is not close to dry, and simmer for 2 minutes.
8.
Open the lid and pick it up, or upside down in the tray.
9.
Serve to the table and start eating.
