Fried Intestines with Chili

Chili, cut into pieces.

Celery, cut into pieces.

Put a small amount of water in the pot, add fat intestines, pork belly, oyster sauce, and high heat.

Collect the soup to about 2/3, add the chili and stir fry.

Add chili and stir-fry until the soup is dry, add celery and stir-fry until raw.

Out of the pot, serving on a plate. Forgot to put the minced garlic, put some minced garlic before the pan, better 😊
Tips:
1. Chili is a kind of chili called "Lameizi", which is more spicy and tastes good. It feels good with internal organs.
2. The fat intestines and pork belly are leftover, so we didn't stir-fry them with oil, and added some water to make them non-greasy. You can do the same for cooked or marinated in advance, it's not greasy and delicious.
3. Celery is good if it is cut off, and it won't be crispy afterwards.
