Fried Japanese Tofu

Remove the packaging of Japanese tofu and cut into sections.

Dip it with starch.

Pour the oil in a non-stick pan and fry in the tofu section over low heat.

Turn over and fry until browned on both sides.

Take it out and put it on the plate.
