Ingredients

Fried Jelly

1. Cut fresh pea jelly into pieces and set aside.

2. Heat the pan with cold oil. When the oil temperature is 50% hot, the rotation is the smallest. Add jelly. Fry slowly over low heat.

3. Don't use any tools to stir fry it, we gently shake the pan to heat the jelly evenly.
