Fried Jelly

Cut fresh pea jelly into pieces and set aside.

Heat the pan with cold oil. When the oil temperature is 50% hot, the rotation is the smallest. Add jelly. Fry slowly over low heat.

Don't use any tools to stir fry it, we gently shake the pan to heat the jelly evenly.

Fry the jelly until transparent. One side has been formed. Use chopsticks to gently leave the noodles and continue to fry. Fry until golden on both sides, then let the pan cool

Place the jelly on a plate, and first evenly coat the face with sesame oil.

Sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Five spice powder. And chili noodles.

Chop the pickled peppers. Put it in the middle and stir evenly when eating.
Tips:
Be sure to fry it slowly.
