Red Oil Jelly

A piece of fresh pea jelly (included in the recipe in front of the preparation method).

Cut them into even pieces of about 15 mm and place them neatly on a plate.

Wash the leeks, and cut into filaments with a top knife.
4.
Take a small bowl, add minced garlic, salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, red oil, and mature vinegar and stir well.
5.
Pour Laoganma chili sauce on top of the jelly.
6.
Stir the mixed juice and pour it on top of the jelly, sprinkle the chives on it.
Tips:
The jelly is prepared in advance and can be cut into pieces or bar code plates.
The soup can be adjusted to your liking.
You can also add crushed peanuts, chives, etc., the taste will be better!
