Fried Jelly

Cut the jelly into small pieces, add the soy sauce and stir well.

Finely chop green onions, ginger, garlic, and green peppers.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the bean paste and stir fry until fragrant, then add the onion, ginger, garlic, and green chili to stir fry.

Pour in the jelly and stir fry.
5.
Stir fry for 3 minutes.
6.
In a bowl, sprinkle with chopped coriander.
